WELCOME MESSAGE: A Million Leaders दसलक्ष नेतृत्वकर्ता

India has 6 lac or over half a million villages, and each of them needs at least a couple of leaders to provide engine for rapid growth through people's mobilization. Without a leader nothing moves,just as without an engine a train does not budge. So we need over a million leaders in India alone. The same is true of the rest of Asia, Africa, Latin America...

But where are those leaders ? And what is being done to produce them?

Believe me, one out of 10 persons is already a good leader, and one out of 100 an excellent one. Their skills are just to be honed.

Producing a leader is as easy as lighting up a candle, provided the receiver of the flame is a candle and the giver a matchstick. Your mere words may ignite a leader, just as a matchstick may simply ignite a candle. But after being ignited, the flame needs to be protected till it firms up. This would need systems. We have to build these systems - everywhere. We have to create resources for that. If we succeed, an array of candles will light up the globe from Asia and Africa to Latin America.

भारत में ६ लाख गांव हैं. प्रत्येक में कम से कम २ नेतृत्वकर्ता तो होने ही चाहिए जो लोगों को संगठित और प्रेरित कर तेज विकास की ओर ले चलें. एक नेतृत्वकर्ता के बिना कुछ भी नहीं बढ़ता,जैसे कि इंजिन के बिना ट्रेन हिलती भी नहीं. इसलिए हिंदुस्तान को कम से कम दस लाख नेतृत्वकर्ताओं की जरूरत है. यही बात बाकी एशिया, अफ्रीका और लैटिन अमेरिका पर भी लागू है.

लेकिन कहाँ हैं वे नेतृत्वकर्ता? और क्या किया जा रहा है उनके निर्माण के लिए?

नेता पैदा करना उतना ही आसान है जितना एक दिए में लौ पैदा करना - बशर्ते कि लौ को लेनेवाला दिया हो और प्रदान करने वाला दियासलाई की तिल्ली. मगर लौ पैदा होने के बाद बुझे नहीं इसके लिए कई व्यवस्थाओं की जरूरत होगी. आईये उन व्यवस्थाओं के लिए संसाधन जुटाएं. फिर एशिया और अफ्रीका से लैटिन अमेरिका तक लाखों दिए जल कर धरती को जगमग कर देंगे.

आईये साथ चलें भारत और दुनिया के भविष्य को बचाने और बनाने के लिए. इस दिशा में पहला कदम होगा जुड़े रहना और दूसरा कदम.. इन्तजार करें...
